Make Peace with the Empty

The blank page isn’t the enemy. It’s space. It’s permission.

We sometimes fear it because we want to get it right. But mindfulness reminds us that nothing is wasted. Every moment of stillness is part of the process.

This week’s exercise:

Stare into the blank page for 2 minutes. Let it be empty. Let yourself breathe into it. Then write the first thing that comes, no matter how small or how silly.

“It wasn’t an empty page, it was a doorway…”
